David Whyte
David Whyte is Professor of Climate Justice at Queen Mary University of London. David’s research focusses on the relationship between law and corporate power. He is author of Ecocide: kill the corporation before it kills us (Manchester University Press, 2020 and Bella Terra, 2021).

Angela Sherwood
Angela Sherwood is Lecturer in Climate Crime and Climate Justice at Queen Mary University of London. Angela’s research interests lie in state violence and migration governance; environmental harm and population displacement; and the criminology of humanitarianism. Her work has appeared in the Journal of Refugee Studies and in several edited volumes on themes of state crime, displacement, and international migration.

Richard A. Falk
Richard A. Falk is Chair of Global Law at Queen Mary University of London and Professor Emeritus of International Law at Princeton University. Richard has been involved in writing about and bringing environmental crimes into the sphere of international law for 50 years and is one of the world’s leading experts on this subject. He is the author or co-author of more than 20 books about international law and human rights and has been United Nations Special Rapporteur on human rights in the Palestinian occupied territories.
